You can initiate transfers from online banking or our mobile app once your account is verified. We support major currencies including US dollar, euro, British pound, Swiss franc, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, Japanese yen, and many others. Cut-off times and delivery estimates depend on the destination country, currency, and whether you choose a standard or expedited rail. Most transfers to major corridors complete within one to three business days; some same-day options may be available for eligible corridors and amounts.
Fees and exchange rates are disclosed before you confirm a payment. You will see the full amount your recipient should receive, any sending fee, and the applied FX rate. Wire transfers vs other methods
A wire transfer (SWIFT or local equivalent) moves funds bank-to-bank and is ideal for larger amounts, business payments, and destinations where card or wallet rails are limited. Domestic ACH-style transfers may be cheaper but are usually country-specific. We will recommend the appropriate rail based on your destination, amount, and urgency. Some countries require additional information—such as purpose of payment or tax ID—for regulatory compliance; our forms guide you through those fields.
Limits and compliance
Daily and per-transaction limits may apply based on your account tier and verification level. All international transfers are screened for sanctions and anti-money-laundering requirements. Occasionally we may request supporting documentation for large or unusual payments—this protects you and helps us meet our legal obligations. We aim to process compliant requests without unnecessary delay.
